Abstract
In line with the aims of the seminar, these proceedings aim to start a conversation among researchers, policy writers, practitioners and language users about using, researching and teaching right to left scripted languages. An important aim is to have a voice from learners. The papers fall into three broad themes: - domains of use for right to left scripted languages with particular attention to UK contexts - materials for learning and teaching right to left scripted languages - research related to the learning and teaching of right to left scripted languages The papers in the proceedings present an opportunity to understand and improve teaching and learning of right to left scripted languages.
