Abstract
Engaging university students with the library and its resources can be a difficult task, even more so with students from the creative industries. In our current climate, academic libraries are encouraged to find ways for their resources to work harder by illustrating these resources’ value for money. With this in mind, this presentation demonstrated how Leeds Beckett University Library used our music subject reading lists as a starting point in the creation and implementation of our subject resources promotion on the Library Website, across the Library’s social media channels, as well as a physical in-house book display.
